Whale Safari in Nuuk Fjord
Whale Safari in Nuuk Fjord
Join us on an unforgettable whale safari in the breathtaking Nuuk Fjord and experience Greenland’s incredible Arctic wildlife up close.
During the summer season, humpback whales are frequently seen in the fjord, where they come to feed in the rich Arctic waters. On this tour, we search for whales while sailing through spectacular landscapes surrounded by mountains, glaciers, waterfalls, and drifting icebergs.
If you are lucky, you may witness whales surfacing near the boat, blowing water into the air, diving with their massive tails, or swimming peacefully through the fjord. Along the way, there are also good chances of spotting seals, seabirds, and other Arctic wildlife.
Our experienced crew will share knowledge about the whales, local nature, and life in the fjord, making the experience both exciting and informative. The tour takes place in a comfortable boat designed for Arctic conditions, allowing you to enjoy the scenery safely and comfortably.
Every whale safari is unique, and while whale sightings cannot be guaranteed, the beautiful surroundings of Nuuk Fjord make this an unforgettable Arctic adventure.
