Hotel Departure schedule: 

The recommendation from Greenland Airports, is that you arrive in the airport 2 hours prior to departure for international departures and more that 1 hour prior to departure for domestic departures

When booking the pick up, please chose the hour-interval, that is 1½ to 2½ hours or more before your flight. 

When booking a pick up, we will arrive at your accommodation within a 30 minute window after the booked pick up time.  So a booked pick up at 07:00, we will arrive at your accommodation between 07:00 and 07:30. A booked pick up time at 14:00, we will arrive for your pick up between 14:00 and 14:30.  

It is important that you are ready when the shuttle arrives at your location at the booked pick up time - otherwise the shuttle may leave without you. 

Transit to the airport is between 15 mins and 30 mins depending on stops and traffic. 

Airport Arrival schedule: 

• We will do out best to be ready at plane arrival right outside the terminal in the bus lane. The busses are marked with Greenland Excursions. 
• For port departures we will do our best to time it with your arrival of the vessel.

Transit to your accommodation or shuttle stop is between 15 mins and 30 mins depending on stops and traffic.

When placing the booking, please book the hourly time immediately after your arrival.
