Oqaatsut Village Discovery

Join Blue North Cruise on a scenic journey across Disko Bay to the charming settlement of Oqaatsut, a small and authentic Greenlandic village located north of Ilulissat.

Surrounded by mountains, icebergs, and untouched Arctic nature, Oqaatsut offers a unique glimpse into everyday life in one of Greenland's remote coastal communities.

After arriving, you'll have time to explore the village, walk among the colourful houses, visit the small harbour, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere before returning to Ilulissat.

During the cruise, we'll navigate through beautiful Arctic waters with excellent opportunities to photograph icebergs, wildlife, and the stunning coastline.

Travel in comfort aboard our Sargo 36 Explorer, featuring a heated indoor cabin, comfortable seating, outdoor viewing areas, and onboard toilet facilities.

Duration: 4 hours

Participants: Please note that the excursion will only take place if a minimum of 4 tickets are booked in total. For example, if you book 2 tickets, at least 2 additional tickets must be sold to other customers for the trip to proceed. A maximum of 10 people will participate.

Language: The guide/captain speaks English, Danish, and Greenlandic
