Arctic Sunrise
Start the day on the water as the sun rises over Nuuk Fjord. Casting the first daylight over the mountain peaks.
Some of the best light in Greenland comes before most people are awake. On Arctic Sunrise, we head out from Nuuk while the fjord is still quiet, and watch the first light spread across the mountains, their snow covered peaks and water.
Depending on the season and conditions, the sky can shift from deep blue to pink and gold in a matter of minutes, and the mountains light up one peak at a time.
The boat has a heated cabin, so you can step inside to warm up whenever you like, and coffee, tea, water and cookies are on board. It's a relaxed, unhurried way to see the fjord and a great option for photographers, early risers, or anyone who wants a quiet moment on the water before the day begins.
