I pitched my tent out side the cabin and had a good night’s sleep. I feel really refreshed. After a breakfast consisting of peanuts, dextrose, and some tea I will continue south.
The sky is a bluish grey all around the horizon. There is a light breeze and perfect weather for hiking.

The hike uphill through the birch forest to the tundra above the tree line went well. It wasa light breeze and no mosquitos to be seen. After a while the trail went into the birch forest again. And that’s where the mosquitos were hiding. Tons of them!
At last I arrived at the Sjnultjie Cabin. You have to take a spur west about a quarter of a mile to get to the cabin. It is located at the winter trail. The cabin is built primarily for winter usage, and it is obvous for a couple of reasons. One of them that there is no water nearby. You have to walk down to Suoluojávrrie for water.
I am having lunch here in the cabin (pasta with chicken) before I continue. I hope to reach the Rävfall Cabin tonight.
