Sept. 13, 2000 (1:30 PM), Bus to Abisko 6ºC Õ
The sun is shining and the temperature is 6ºC. I am on my way from Kiruna to Abisko by bus. It is only 5 passengers in the large bus. Not really peak season!
I took the bus into Kiruna to buy fuel for my stove. There was some light rain in the air in Kiruna, but the air was fresh and clear.
I took the opportunity to take a short walk around the Mountain Station in the afternoon to admire the nature around the Abisko canyon in the bright colors of fall. |
